Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $750.00 using the code: "Free Shipping". Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

Please note that Fashionique Online ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Fashionique Online and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Fashionique Online, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
Fashionique Online is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

SHIPPING CARRIER

We ship via USPS standard first class mail on all FREE SHIPPING orders. Options for USPS priority, express are available at checkout and based on order weight. We also ship via UPS or FED EX.

International FLAT RATE shipping is $20 you also have USPS, UPS and DHL options at checkout calculated by order weight.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - US

We offer next day delivery for the US provided that the order is placed before 1 PM PST. Please check with our team at hello@antidote.la to ensure your order can be covered by this service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carrier’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All our international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Please note, ANTIDOTE is not responsible for any delays caused by postal carriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.

FASHIONIQUEONLINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Please note that purchasing expedited shipping options prior to consulting us for sale or preorder will not expedite your order. You order will ship with the method chosen once its ready to ship. If you are uncertain about the shipping timeframe for a particular item, please contact us prior to making the purchase. We will advise on the estimated time frame and if you could purchase a shipping option to get the item to you on time.

With the rise of chargeback fraud also known as Friendly Fraud, Antidote has contracted Legal counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.

If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation OUR legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include but are not limited to reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorney’s fees will be added.
